ZenFast Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using ZenFast ("the App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to install and use ZenFast on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

3. In-App Purchases

ZenFast offers optional one-time purchases and subscriptions processed by Google Play. Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase. All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time through your Google Play account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; use the App for any unlawful purpose; distribute, resell, or sublicense the App or its content; attempt to access data belonging to other users.

5. Health Disclaimer

ZenFast is a habit-tracking tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fasting regimen, particularly if you have any medical conditions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within ZenFast — including code, design, text, and graphics — is the property of the developer and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
